`It appears that Bot M8 has identified a term from the ’988/’670 patents. As Sony stated previously, the claim
`construction exchanges should address the ’363 and ‘777 patents that are in the case. Sony has not identified terms
`from patents that stand dismissed from the case and does not plan to provide proposed constructions for terms from
`patents that stand dismissed.
