`On March 27, 2020, Google LLC (“Petitioner”) filed a petition for inter partes
`
`review of U.S. Patent No. 7,012,960 with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. In
`
`accordance with the fee schedule specified in 37 C.F.R. § 42.15(a), Petitioner
`
`deposited an electronic payment at the time of filing of the petition, including
`
`$15,500 for fees associated with Petitioner’s request for review and a further $15,000
`
`for post-institution fees. On October 13, 2020, the Board entered a decision denying
`
`institution of the petition. Therefore, Petitioner requests a refund in the amount of
`
`$15,000 to be paid to Deposit Account Number 50-2613 for the post-institution fees,
`
`which are no longer necessary.
