`On January 12, 2021, Patent Owner contacted the Board via email
`
`asking permission to file corrected versions of its Patent Owner Response
`
`(Paper 21) and the supporting declaration (Exhibit 2038). In its email,
`
`Patent Owner represented as follows:
`
`Petitioner does not oppose this request.
`
`Counsel for Patent Owner experienced technical difficulties
`while finalizing the filing for those papers. In the early hours
`of January 12, 2021, counsel for Patent Owner served
`corrected versions of the Response and Declaration upon
`Petitioner’s counsel.
`
`The corrected versions of the Response and Declaration are
`signed, and correct citations and three figures that were
`corrupted during conversion of the documents. The three
`figures are on pp. 18, 45, 64 of the Corrected Patent Owner
`Response and ¶¶ 100, 137, and 144 of Dr. Pokharna’s
`Corrected Declaration. Otherwise, no substantive changes
`were made.
`
`In view of the above representations, Patent Owner’s request is granted.
`
`Accordingly, it is hereby:
`
`ORDERED that Paper 21 and Exhibit 2038 are expunged; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner file corrected versions of
`
`its Patent Owner Response and the supporting declaration within three
`
`business days of entry of this order.
