`Before the Court is Defendants Amazon.com, Inc. and Amazon.com, LLC’s (collectively,
`
`“Amazon”) Unopposed Motion to Move the August 31, 2020 Pretrial Conference Due to Trial
`
`Conflict (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 190). Due to a trial scheduling conflict with its lead counsel,
`
`Amazon moved that the Pretrial Conference currently scheduled for August 31, 2020 be moved
`
`until sometime after September 4, 2020. (Id. at 1).
`
`Having considered the Motion and its unopposed nature, the Court is of the opinion that
`
`the Motion should be and hereby is GRANTED-AS-MODIFIED. Accordingly, the Pretrial
`
`Conference currently set for August 31, 2020 is CANCELLED. The Pretrial Conference will be
`
`reset at a subsequent time per separate order.
`
`The Court further ORDERS the parties to pursue further mediation in this case as soon as
`
`reasonably possible. Counsel for each party shall immediately contact the mediator herein, Hon.
`
`David Folsom, and schedule a mutually acceptable mediation date. Failing agreement between the
`
`parties, mediation shall occur at the time, date and place as directed by the mediator. To ensure
`
`that mediation is as productive as possible, the Court hereby ORDERS that each party personally
`

`attend such mediation with lead counsel and a representative who has full and unilateral authority
`
`to act on and compromise on all pending disputes. No party or representative shall leave the
`
`mediation session, once it begins, without the approval of the mediator. The district’s applicable
`
`local rules shall otherwise govern and apply in all respects.
