`16th Floor, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19103. A majority interest of Slyce
`
`Acquisition Inc. is held by Anzu Partners, which has a principal place of business
`
`at 1399 New York Avenue, NW, Suite 601, Washington, DC 20005.

`The ’624 Patent has been asserted against Syte – Visual Conception Ltd.
`
`(“Petitioner”) in the co-pending litigation Slyce Acquisition Inc. v. Syte – Visual

`Conception Ltd. and Kohl's Corporation, Civ. No. 6:19-cv-00257-ADA (W.D.
`
`Texas) filed April 11, 2019.
`
`Petitioner has filed an initial petition for inter partes review of the ’624
`
`Patent (Petition IPR2020-00880) challenging claims 1-11 and 23-44 of the ’624
`
`Patent (which are not challenged in the present petition).
