`Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 317(b) and 37 C.F.R. § 42.74(c), Petitioner
`
`Syte – Visual Conception Ltd. (“Syte”) and Patent Owner Slyce Acquisition
`
`Inc. (“Slyce”) jointly request to file the Settlement Agreement between the
`
`parties (filed as Exhibit 1120), as referenced in the Joint Motion to
`
`Terminate Proceeding, as business confidential information, which shall be
`
`kept separate from the file of the involved patents, and be made available
`
`only to Federal Government agencies on written request, or to any person on
`
`a showing of good cause on written request pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 317(b)
`
`and 37 C.F.R. § 42.74(c). The Settlement Agreement contains confidential
`
`business information that the Parties wish to remain private, and the
`
`Settlement Agreement was executed with the intent that the contents thereof
`
`be kept confidential to the Parties. Therefore, the Settlement Agreement
`
`(Exhibit 1120) has been filed with the designation for access by the “Parties
`
`and Board Only”.
