`Owner”), by and through its attorneys, will conduct examination by deposition of

`Dr. Apostolos K. Kakaes.

`Dr. Kakaes’ deposition will be conducted remotely on Monday, May 10,
`
`2021, at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard time, using videoconferencing means. The
`
`deposition will take place before a court reporter or other officer authorized to
`
`administer oaths and may be recorded by video and using audiotape and/or
`
`stenographic means.

`
`Patent Owner will meet and confer with Petitioners to ensure that deponent
`
`has technology sufficient to attend a remote deposition and will conduct testing
`
`among the parties on the videoconferencing platform to establish that Internet
`
`bandwidth is sufficient, and the downloaded software is functioning correctly.
