`
`On December 7, 2021, the parties participated in a conference call
`with the Board to discuss a settlement agreement that the parties have
`reached. The Board authorized the parties to file a Joint Motion to Amend
`the Scheduling Order, by which the parties would seek to cancel the oral
`argument scheduled for December 15, 2021, for these proceedings. The
`Board also authorized Petitioner to file a Motion to Terminate in each
`proceeding, as well as a Joint Motion to Keep Confidential certain
`settlement-related information, both to be filed by January 3, 2021.
`On December 8, 2021, Petitioner and Patent Owner filed a Joint
`Motion to Amend the Scheduling Order. See, e.g., IPR2020-01162,2
`Paper 43 (“Mot.”). The parties represent that they “have reached a
`settlement as to all the disputes” in these proceedings. Mot. 1. Accordingly,
`the parties request that the Board cancel the oral argument scheduled for
`December 15, 2021, in order to “save significant time, cost, and expense by
`the Parties and the Board.” Id. at 1–2.
`The Joint Motion is granted, and the oral argument scheduled for
`December 15, 2021, is cancelled.
