`Petitioner Unified Patents, LLC (“Petitioner”) requests a $19,800 to be paid
`
`to deposit account number 50-6990.
`
`On August 6, 2020, Petitioner filed a Petition for Inter Partes Review with
`
`the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Patent Trial and Appeal Board that was
`
`assigned case number IPR2020-01379. In accordance with the fee schedule
`
`specified in 37 C.F.R. § 42.15 at that time, Petitioner submitted an electronic
`
`payment in the amount of $19,800 in post-institution fees. On February 11, 2021,
`
`the Board issued its decision denying institution of IPR2020-01379 (Paper 21).
`
`Accordingly, Petitioner requests a refund in the amount of $19,800 for the
`
`post-institution fees that it has paid to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in
`
`connection with said proceeding.
