`The Court has instructed me to advise you that with regard to the March 2021 jury trial term of court, the order for trial
`will be as follows:
`
`
`1st—Solas v. Samsung (2:19-cv-152)
`2nd—Personalized Media Communications v. Apple (2:15-cv-1366)
`3rd—Infernal v. Sony (2:19-cv-248)
`4th—GREE v. Supercell Oy (2:19-cv-200, 237, 310, 311)
`
`
`All cases are set (in the above order) for jury selection followed by trial on March 1, 2021. Should the Solas v. Samsung
`case, for any reason, not go forward, then the PMC v. Apple case will go forward on March 1, 2021. Should the PMC v.
`Apple case, for any reason, not go forward, then the Infernal v. Sony case will go forward on March 1, 2021. Should the
`Infernal v. Sony case, for any reason, not go forward, then the GREE v. Supercell cases will go forward on March 1,
`2021.

`Additionally, there will be two trial settings in the month of March 2021—March 1, 2021 and March 15, 2021. All cases
`set for jury selection on March 1, 2021 will be tried in accordance with the above order and available trial settings. For
`example, if the Solas v. Samsung case is tried during the March 1, 2021 setting, PMC v. Apple will be tried during the
`second trial setting on March 15, 2021, etc.
`
`If you have questions, please advise and I will relay your questions to the Court. Please relay the above information to all
`members of your trial team.
