`RE: Order of Trials for March 2021
`
`Dear Mr. Matalon:
`
`
`The parties in GREE Inc. v. Supercell Oy (2:19-cv-200, 237, 310, 311) jointly and respectfully request that this case be
`specially set for trial as the first case in this Court’s May 10, 2021 trial calendar.
`
`
`GREE’s corporate representative and general counsel have been in the United States since February 20 in anticipation of
`the March 1 and March 15 trial settings, and face difficult quarantine restrictions both in Japan and the US that would
`make return to Japan before the April 5 setting practically impossible. In addition, the parties recently agreed to
`consolidate their separate action 2:19-cv-413, which was on the May 10 calendar, with a later case (2:20-cv-113) set on
`the August 2 trial calendar, thereby opening the spot on the May 10 trial calendar that this case held.
`
`
`We thank the Court very much for this consideration.
`
`Deron Dacus and Melissa Smith

`Subject: Order of Trials for March 2021
`
`Counsel:
`
`The Court has instructed and you are advised that Infernal Technology et al. v. Sony Interactive Entertainment (2:19-cv-
`248) and GREE Inc. v. Supercell Oy (2:19-cv-200, 237, 310, 311) are released from the March 15, 2021 trial setting. The
`Court will take into account any cases not reached in March when it sets the order of trials for April, including the April
`5, 2021 trial setting. Further directions from the Court regarding future trial settings will be forthcoming.
`
`All the best,
