`April 2021 Order of Trials
`
`** EXTERNAL EMAIL **
`
`Counsel,
`
`The Court has instructed me to advise you that with regard to the April 2021 trial settings, the order of trials will be as
`follows:
`
`(1) The Hillman Group, Inc. v. KeyMe, LLC (2:19‐cv‐209; 2:20‐cv‐70)
`(2) Gigamon Inc. v. Apcon, Inc. (2:19‐cv‐300)
`(3) Clear Imaging Research, LLC v. Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. et al. (2:19‐cv‐326)
`(4) Oyster Optics LLC v. Infinera Corp. et al. (2:19‐cv‐257)
`
`All cases are set (in the above order) for jury selection followed by trial on April 5, 2021. Should the first case not go
`forward for any reason, the next‐highest case will go forward on April 5, 2021.

`
`
`
`Additionally, there is a second trial setting on April 19, 2021. All cases not reached on the April 5, 2021 trial setting will
`be set (in the above order) for jury selection followed by trial on April 19, 2021. Should the first remaining case not go
`forward for any reason, the next‐highest remaining case will go forward on April 19, 2021.
`
`Any cases set for April 2021 that are not reached will be considered when the Court determines the order of trials for
`May 2021.
`
`GREE Inc. v. Supercell Oy (2:19‐cv‐200, 237, 310, 311) is released from its current trial setting. The Court intends to
`specially set GREE v. Supercell for trial in May 2021. The Court anticipates setting two trial weeks in May, and will
`provide a jury selection date for GREE v. Supercell in the near future.
`
`If you have questions, please advise and I will relay your questions to the Court. Please be sure the above information is
`shared with all members of your trial team and support staff.
`
`All the best,
`
`Lee Matalon
