`PETITIONER’S UNOPPOSED MOTION TO
`WITHDRAW REQUEST FOR REHEARING

`IPR2020-01633
`Petitioner’s Unopposed Motion to Withdraw Request for Rehearing
`
`
`As authorized by the Board in an email dated August 18, 2021, Petitioner
`
`Supercell Oy (“Petitioner”) moves to withdraw its Request for Rehearing filed on
`
`March 19, 2021, which has not yet been acted on by the Board.
`
`Following the Board’s denial of institution of inter partes review on
`
`February 19, 2021 [Paper 9], Petitioner timely filed a Request for Rehearing on
`
`March 19, 1021 [Paper 10]. That request has not been acted upon by the Board
`
`and remains pending. Petitioner no longer desires to seek rehearing of the Board’s
`
`denial of institution of inter partes review and thus affirmatively withdraws its
`
`rehearing request. Petitioner respectfully requests that the Board issue an order
`
`recognizing Petitioner’s withdrawal so that this case can be officially terminated
`
`and Petitioner can file an appropriate request for refund of post-institution fees.
`
`
`
`Dated: August 18, 2021
`
`Respectfully submitted,
`FENWICK & WEST LLP
