`Pursuant to the Court’s June 23, 2020 Scheduling Order (D.I. 80), Plaintiff/Counterclaim
`
`Defendant Analog Devices, Inc. (“Analog”), Defendant/Counterclaim Plaintiffs Xilinx, Inc. and
`
`Xilinx Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (collectively, “Xilinx”), submit this Joint Claim Construction Chart
`
`for disputed claim terms in Analog’s asserted patents.1
`
`The chart below identifies the parties’ proposed claim construction positions with respect
`
`to certain terms in the asserted claims of U.S. Pat. Nos. 7,274,321 (the “’321 patent”), 6,900,750
`

`has agreed to ADI’s insistence that it be referenced as “Analog” in this joint claim construction
`filing. Xilinx, however, reserves all rights that Analog Devices, Inc. be referenced by its name

`(the “’750 patent”), 10,250,250 (the “’250 patent”), 7,286,075 (the “’075 patent”) respectively,
`
`with citations to the intrinsic evidence in support of each party’s proposed constructions. The
`
`parties also reserve the right to rely on any evidence relied upon by any other party to support its
`
`construction for a disputed term.
`
`The parties reserve their right to amend their proposed constructions, to supplement this
`
`Joint Claim Construction Chart with additional intrinsic evidence, and/or to rely upon additional
`
`intrinsic evidence in their claim construction briefs. The parties further reserve the right to rely on
`
`extrinsic evidence to support a construction for a disputed term.
`
`By providing these constructions, Xilinx does not waive its right to argue that any proposed
`
`and non-proposed terms found in specific claims are indefinite, are not enabled, or otherwise lack
`
`sufficient support in the specification, whether in connection with the claim construction process
`
`or during expert discovery, summary judgment, and/or trial.
`
`Copies of the ’321, ’750, ’250, and ’075 patents are attached as Exhibits 1 to 4 respectively.
`
`Copies of the intrinsic record (IPR histories and excerpts from the file histories) relied upon by
`
`either or both of the parties are attached as Exhibits 5-17.
