`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Patent Owner, Koss Corporation, hereby

`submits this Request for Oral Argument to present arguments on all of the
`
`instituted grounds of unpatentability of claims 1-5 and 14-20 of U.S. Patent No.
`
`10,491,982, along with any issues raised in the parties’ papers in this trial and the
`
`Board’s institution decision, and any other issues the Board deems necessary for
`
`issuing a final written decision. Patent Owner requests no more than one hour per
`
`side of oral argument time. Patent Owner requests the ability to reserve a portion
`
`of its total time for presenting sur-rebuttal arguments after Petitioner’s
`
`presentation. See November 2019 Consolidated Trial Practice Guide at 83.

`The Board has scheduled an Oral Argument for April 5, 2022. See Paper 16.
