`My name is Harry A. Gleich and I am the Vice President ofEngineering

`for Metromont Corporation (“Metromont”). I am providing this Declaration in
`
`connection with Metromont’s above-referenced petition for inter partes review of
`
`US Patent No. 10,33 7,196. Unless other stated, the facts set forth in this Declaration
`
`are based on my personal knowledge.

`Structures Lighter and Stronger, which was published in the July 2006 edition of
`
`Structure Magazine (“Exhibit 1003”). An exhibit label and page number have been
`
`added to the bottom ofthis document on all pages, but no other alterations have been
`
`made.

`Exhibit 1003 was publicly accessible in July of 2006. Structure
`
`Magazine is a widely read publication in the construction and structural engineering
`
`industry. The issue of Structure Magazine including Exhibit 1003 was published in
`
`July of2006 and was publicly available and widely disseminated at this time. I recall
`
`this particular issue of Structure Magazine quite clearly as it included my article and
`
`I can confirm its public accessibility in July of 2006.
