`IPR2021-01331
`Patent RE48,371 E
`On October 28, 2022, the parties participated in a teleconference with
`Judges Hagy and Ullagaddi to discuss postponing the oral argument in view
`of pending settlement discussions. The parties also advised the Board,
`subsequent to the teleconference, that they are both available on November
`16, 2022.
`In light of the teleconference and the parties’ mutual availability, the
`hearing previously scheduled for November 2, 2022, has been re-set for
`10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on November 16, 2022.
`All other provisions of the original Hearing Order remain in place.
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that oral argument for this proceeding has been re-set and
`shall commence at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on November 16, 2022, by
`video, and proceed in the manner set forth in the Hearing Order issued
`September 28, 2022.
