`INTRODUCTION
`On May 24, 2022, the panel conducted a telephone conference call
`with the parties to discuss several pending motions seeking to join these
`cases.2
`After hearing from the parties, the Board panel expressed a desire to
`decide the joinder motions as soon as is reasonably possible and sought the
`parties’ cooperation in coordinating the schedules in the cases to achieve that
`goal. After discussing various alternatives, the parties reached agreement
`with the panel on a schedule for filing replies in those cases seeking joinder.
`This agreement is reflected in separate orders.
`In addition, Bright Data reached agreement with the Board panel on
`an extension of time to file its patent owner responses in IPR2021-01492
`and IPR2021-01493. This agreement is reflected in the order that follows.
`ORDER
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`ORDERED that the Scheduling Orders in IPR2021-01492 (Paper 13)
`and IPR2021-01493 (Paper 12) are modified as follows: DUE DATE 1
`(Patent Owner’s response to the petition; Patent Owner’s motion to amend
`the patent) is reset from June 15, 2022, to July 20, 2022; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that at this time, there are no other changes to
`the Scheduling Orders in these cases.
