`support of Petitioner’s Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission and have personal

`knowledge of the facts set forth herein.

`proceeding, at least because I am lead counsel in the related district court litigation,

`have represented Petitioner for more than two years in various patent litigations, and
`
`have represented various clients regarding patent matters for over thirteen years.

`I am lead counsel for the trial team in Optical Licensing, LLC v. Future
`
`Electronics Corp., No. 6:21-cv-00188 (W.D. Tex.) and Optical Licensing, LLC v.
`
`Arrow Electronics, Inc., No. 6:21-cv-00186 (W.D. Tex.), which involve the same
`
`patent and subject matter at issue in this Petition.

`I have reviewed the patent, petition, and alleged prior art referenced

`asserted by the Petitioner in this proceeding.
