` and my colleague, Mark Leonardo, represent Jawbone Innovations, LLC and were recently provided with Power of
`Attorney to conduct a Motion to Amend (MTA) in the above‐referenced IPR proceeding. The deadline to submit the
`MTA has been established as September 20, 2022. Pursuant to the Patent Trial and Appeal Board Consolidated Trial
`Practice Guide dated November 2019 (“the Guide”) and other related statues and rules, we are contacting the Board at
`least two weeks prior to the MTA deadline to confer with the Board before filing the MTA. Pursuant to the Guide, the
`panel will provide procedural guidance to patent owners and petitioner regarding the motion during a conference call or
`by email communication. We expressly authorize communication by email if the Board chooses to provide the
`procedural guidance in that manner. In any case, we are available for a conference call at the Board’s convenience if
`needed. Please let us know as soon as possible how you would like to proceed.
