`In each of the above-listed cases, Patent Owner filed an authorized,
`unopposed motion to submit as supplemental information the Claim
`Construction Order issued in Gene Pool Technologies, Inc. v. Coastal
`Harvest, LLC, Case No. 5:21-cv-01328-JWH-SHK (C.D. California). 2 See
`IPR2022-00625, Paper 21; IPR2022-01011, Paper 16. We grant the motions
`because the Claim Construction Order is relevant to the claims for which
`trial has been instituted and it is in the interests of justice for the Board to
`have the Claim Construction Order available in these proceedings.

`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s motions to submit supplemental
`information are granted.
