`Petitioner respectfully seeks clarification regarding the remaining due dates under the schedule. During the conference
`call on March 30, 2023, the Board allowed Patent Owner a choice of deadlines for its revised motion to amend (Patent
`Ownerhas now elected the April 7 deadline). The Board also referenced one of Petitioner's potential deadlines. In light
`of Patent Owner's selection, Petitioner respectfully requests clarification of the remaining deadlines. The current
`schedule does not have deadlines for several papers (e.g., Petitioner’s opposition, Patent Owner's reply). See Notice of
`Pilot Program, 84 Fed. Reg. 9497, 9501 (“Shortly after the patent ownerfiles a revised MTA, the Board will issue a
`revised scheduling order to adjust the schedule, typically along the timeline shown in Appendix 1B (Revised MTA
`Timeline).”).
