`Patent Owner filed Exhibits 2021 (Shenoy Decl.) and 2029 (Rachuba

`Decl.) under seal, but neither Patent Owner nor Petitioner filed a motion to

`seal those exhibits. Further, Petitioner indicated that it does not seek to seal
`
`either exhibit.1 Neither party filed a motion to expunge those exhibits.
`
`Under the circumstances, we plan to unseal Exhibits 2021 and 2029 unless a
`
`party files a motion to seal the exhibits within FIVE business days from the
`
`issuance of this Order. Any such motion should include the requisite
`
`showing of good cause as to why we should excuse the party’s late action.
`
`See 37 C.F.R. § 42.5(c)(3). Otherwise, Exhibits 2021 and 2029 will be
`
`unsealed.
