`MR. GIRONDI: Yes, yes. And that's part of
`the dispute now with Memorial Sloan Kettering. As a
`matter of fact, we filed against them in New York to
`basically get them to own up or to actually collaborate
`the way that the settlement indicates. They have a
`dispute. They say no. They read the settlement
`agreement a different way, and so, unfortunately,
`eventually it's likely, unless there's some kind of a
`deal before that, the judge will be able to decide
`and --

`INTERVIEWER: So -- sorry, go ahead, Patrick.
`MR. GIRONDI: Yeah. I mean, in the end --
`you know, in the end it unfortunately most always comes
`down to money.
`So way back in 2013, Cowen and Company
`reported that Bluebird Bio product would be around 7-
`or 800,000, and even though it wasn't Bluebird saying
`that, they had taken that from executives at Bluebird.
`San Rocco Therapeutics always said that the product
`would start out at 700,000 and then go down.
`Our product was sabotaged. It's a safer
`product. We use the wild-type beta-globin gene.
`Bluebird uses a mutant gene. Most often the natural
`genes or the natural way of doing things are safer.
