`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70 and the Board’s Scheduling Order dated April

`24, 2023 (Paper 9), Petitioner Bluebird Bio, Inc. requests Oral Argument on issues
`
`related to the patentability of challenged claims 1, 2, 5–8, 11, and 15 of U.S. Patent
`
`No. 8,058,061 (“the ’061 patent”). Petitioner wishes to present argument on the
`
`following issues:
`
`• Grounds for which inter partes review was instituted for the ’061 patent
`
`and any issue raised in the Board’s Institution Decision dated April 24,
`
`2023 (Paper 8);
`
`• Any issue addressed in Petitioner’s papers, including, but not limited
`
`to, the Petition and Petitioner’s Reply Brief; and
`
`• Rebuttal to Patent Owner’s presentation on all issues, including the
`
`issues listed above and any issues raised in Patent Owner’s Response
`
`and Patent Owner’s Sur-Reply.
`
`The Board previously scheduled the Oral Hearing for January 24, 2024 for
`
`this proceeding as well as IPR2023-00070. (Paper 9 at 11.) Petitioner believes the
`
`parties should be allocated 90 minutes per side to present arguments in a
`
`consolidated hearing for both proceedings. Petitioner requests an in-person hearing.
