`Granting Patent Owner’s Motions for
`Withdrawal and Substitution of Lead and Back-up Counsel

`1 This Order addresses issues that are the same in each of the above-
`captioned proceedings. We exercise our discretion to issue one Order to
`cover all the proceedings. The parties, however, are not authorized to use
`this style heading in subsequent papers.

`On May 8, 2023, with our prior authorization, Polaris Innovations
`Limited (“Patent Owner”) filed a Motion for Withdrawal and Substitution of
`Lead and Back-up Counsel in each of the above-captioned proceedings.
`Paper 8 (“Motion”). 2 Patent Owner requests authorization to withdraw
`Jing H. Cherng and Robert K. Jain of Hopkins & Carley, a Law Corporation,
`as counsel and appoint David T. DeZern and Brent N. Bumgardner as lead
`and back-up counsel, respectively. Id. at 2. Patent Owner has filed a Power
`of Attorney (Paper 6) for Mr. DeZern and Mr. Bumgardner and an updated
`Mandatory Notice (Paper 7), per 37 C.F.R. § 42.8, identifying Mr. DeZern
`as lead counsel and Mr. Bumgardner as back-up counsel. Mr. DeZern and
`Mr. Bumgardner are registered practitioners. See Papers 6, 7. Patent Owner
`indicates that Petitioner does not oppose the Motions. Motion 2.
`
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Motions are granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Jing H. Cherng and Robert K. Jain are
`allowed to withdraw as counsel in these proceedings; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that David T. DeZern is recognized as lead
`counsel and Brent N. Bumgardner is recognized as back-up counsel for
`Patent Owner.
