`
`
`On January 16, 2024, with our prior authorization, DDC Technology,
`LLC (“Patent Owner”) filed a Motion for Withdrawal of Counsel in each of
`the above-captioned proceedings. Paper 46 (“Motion” or “Mot.”).3 Patent
`Owner requests that Robert Brunelli be permitted to withdraw as back-up
`counsel from these proceedings. Id. at 1. Patent Owner seeks to designate
`Timothy J. Haller as new back-up counsel. Id. In addition, Patent Owner
`represents that the “withdrawal will not cause any material prejudice to any
`party or any delay in th[ese] proceeding[s].” Id. Patent Owner also
`represents that the Motion is unopposed. Id.
`Counsel may withdraw from an inter partes review proceeding only
`with Board authorization. 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e). Upon review of the record
`before us, we grant Patent Owner’s Motion.
`Patent Owner has filed updated mandatory notices and an updated
`power of attorney that identify Mr. Haller as back-up counsel (Paper 44;
`Paper 45, 5); however, Mr. Brunelli is still identified as back-up counsel in
`these papers (id.). Patent Owner should timely file updated mandatory
`notices and an updated power of attorney that correctly reflect its current
`counsel of record in this proceeding.
`
`
`
`3 We cite only to the papers in IPR2023-00707, but substantially similar
`papers were filed in each of the proceedings.
