`Dear Members of the Board,
`
`The parties write jointly to request that all materials filed under seal in IPR2023-01339
`and IPR2023-01348 be maintained as such until 45 days after the later of: (1) the final
`disposition of any appeal to the Federal Circuit or remand proceedings from any such
`appeal; and (2) the deadline for filing a notice of appeal in the respective IPRs.
`
`Doing so will preserve the record for appeal and any remanded proceedings before the
`Board, should they occur. At the same time, it will provide the parties with sufficient
`time to move for expungement under 37 C.F.R. § 42.56 after all time periods and
`options for appeal have expired.
`
`The parties will file a formal motion for this relief if authorized and deemed necessary
`by the Panel.
`
