`Section 1(h}(2) of the ATA Technical Corrections Act amended 35 US.0, MS4b)(3)(B) to climinate the requirement
`that the Office provide a patent term adjustment determination with the notice of allowance. Sce Revisions to Patent
`Term Adjustment, 7&8 Fed. Reg. 19416, 19417 (Apr. 1, 2013). Therefore, the Office is no longer providing an initial
`patent term adjustment detcrmination with the notice of allowanes—The Office will continuc to provide a patent term
`adjustment determination with the Issuc Notification-Dettcr that is mailed to applicant approximately three weeks prior
