`Petitioners NJOY, LLC and NJOY Holdings, Inc. (“NJOY”) respectfully requests

`a refund of $22,500.00, the post-institution fees initially paid during the filing of the
`
`Petition for Inter Partes Review of U.S. Patent No. 11,606,981, assigned case number
`
`IPR2024-00268.
`
`On December 5, 2023, NJOY filed a Petition for Inter Partes Review of U.S.
`
`Patent No. 11,606,981 (Paper 2). On February 5, 2024, NJOY filed a Motion to
`
`Withdraw Petition Through Dismissal Without Prejudice (Paper 6). The Board’s
`
`Decision for Dismissal Prior to Institution of Trial (Paper 7), was issued on March 13,
`
`2024.
`
` Because the Board terminated this proceeding before institution, NJOY hereby
`
`seeks a refund of $22,500.00 for all post-institution fees paid pursuant to 37 C.F.R.
`
`42.15(a). Payment of the post-institution fees was processed through P-TACTS on
`
`December 5, 2023, and charged to the undersigned’s Deposit Account No. 506499. Upon
`
`review and approval of this request, NJOY respectfully requests the Board credit
`
`$22,500.00 to Deposit Account No. 506499.
