`Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 327(a), Petitioner Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. (“Live
`
`Nation”) and Patent Owner Complete Entertainment Resources Limited (Company
`
`Number 06265278) (“Patent Owner CER LTD”) jointly request termination of the
`
`Post-Grant Review of U.S. Patent No. 9,466,035, Case No. PGR2017-00038.
`
`This post-grant review has not yet been instituted. Live Nation filed its petition
`
`for post-grant review on June 27, 2017. A Patent Owner’s preliminary response was
`
`filed on October 17, 2017. Patent Owner CER LTD transferred ownership of U.S.
`
`Patent No. 9,466,035 to Live Nation. The assignment from Patent Owner CER LTD to
`
`Live Nation has been made in writing, a true and correct copy of which shall be filed
`
`with this Office as business confidential information pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 327(b).
`
`The assignment makes Live Nation both the Petitioner and the new Patent Owner.
`
`Therefore, Live Nation and Patent Owner CER LTD respectfully request
`
`termination of the Post-Grant Review of 9,466,035, Case No. PGR2017-00038.
