`The undersigned, an attorney and individual exceeding the age of

`majority under federal law, does hereby declare and state the following under

`oath and subject to the penalty of perjury, as set forth in 18 U.S.C. §1001:

`I am a member in good standing of the Bar of at least one State or
`
`the District of Columbia, including at least Illinois and Michigan;
`

`I have suffered no suspensions or disbarments from practice
`
`before any court or administrative body;

`No application by me seeking admission to practice before any

`court or administrative body has ever been denied;

`Guide and the Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials set forth in part 42 of the

`C.F.R.;

`I submit to and shall comply with to the USPTO Code of

`Professional Responsibility set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 10.20 et seq. and any
`
`disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a);

`I have not appeared in any proceedings before the Office within
`
`in the last three (3) years, although I have participated in proceedings prior
`
`thereto, including pre-AIA proceedings, and have supervised the prosecution
`
`and/or resolution of several post-AIA proceedings as regional counsel for IBM
`
`Corporation, and as outside general counsel for various clients and have
`
`actively participated in the preparation of several IPR and PGR petitions
`
`which have been obviated due to settlement or change in law; and

`I have significant familiarity with the subject matter at issue in
`
`the proceeding, as a result of Respondent’s request that I participate herein
`
`and because of my involvement in other matters on Respondent’s behalf
