`Patent 9,659,472 B2
`
`Petitioner Mobile Tech, Inc. contacted the Board via email and
`requested a conference call to discuss briefing in regards to Patent Owner
`InVue Security Products Inc.’s assertion that Petitioner Mobile Tech Inc.’s
`identification of real parties-in-interest is incomplete. This issue has been
`briefed by these parties in several related cases (IPR2016-01915, IPR2017-
`00344, and IPR2017-00345). Petitioner requests permission to file
`substantially similar briefing in this proceeding. A conference call was held on
`April 9, 2018, before Judges White, Arbes, and Galligan.
`A decision on institution in this matter is due by May 4, 2018. We have
`determined that the most efficient course of action is to address the need for
`any such briefing after an institution decision has been made. This Order
`should not be construed as waiving or prejudicing the parties’ ability to raise
`arguments regarding real parties-in-interest in later briefing. The parties may
`contact the panel after an institution decision has been entered to discuss the
`briefing that may be appropriate in this matter.
`It is
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s request for briefing on real parties-in-
`interest is denied without prejudice.
