`Petitioner hereby provides notice to Patent Owner that petitioner will
`
`cross-examine by deposition Patent Owner’s expert declarant David Crane for the
`
`above-references cases, which share a common specification, on February 12 and
`
`13, 2019, commencing at 9:00 a.m. PST at offices of Kilpatrick Townsend &
`
`Stockton LLP, 1080 Marsh Road, Menlo Park, California 94025. Petitioner will
`
`attempt to complete all cross examination of Mr. Crane for both PGRs on February
`
`12, if possible, but reserves the right to continue through February 13 if necessary.
`
`The deposition will be taken before a Notary Public or other officer authorized
`
`by law to administer oaths. The deposition will be recorded stenographically, and
`
`may also be transcribed by real-time reporting.
`
`Pursuant to 37 CFR § 42.53(d)(1), the parties have conferred and have
`
`agreed on these dates and location for the deposition.
