`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Adello Biologics, LLC (“Adello”) by and

`through its attorneys, will conduct a cross-examination by deposition of Dr.
`
`Richard C. Page in connection with PGR2019-00001. Dr. Page’s cross-
`
`examination will take place, as agreed by counsel for the parties, on September 20,
`
`2019, commencing at 9:00 a.m. (local time), at the offices of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind,
`
`Wharton & Garrison LLP, 2001 K Street, NW, Washington DC 20006. Counsel
`
`for Patent Owner has represented that Dr. Page is willing to appear at the time and
`
`location indicated above. The cross-examination will take place before a Notary
`
`Public or other officer authorized by law to administer oaths. It will be recorded
`
`using at least audiotape and/or stenographic means, the deposition may also be
`
`videotaped, and real time transcription services may be utilized. The arrangements
`
`for the reporter will be made by counsel for Adello.
