`Patent Owner, Team Worldwide Corporation (“Team Worldwide”),
`filed an Unopposed Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission of
`Robert M. Harkins (Paper 13) (the “Motion”). Team Worldwide also filed
`the Declaration of Mr. Harkins in support of the Motion. Ex. 2002 (the
`“Declaration”). Team Worldwide’s lead counsel, Timothy E. Bianchi, is a
`registered practitioner (Reg. No. 39,610). Paper 4, 2. The Motion and
`Declaration establish that Mr. Harkins is an experienced litigation attorney,
`has familiarity with the subject matter at issue in this proceeding, and
`otherwise satisfies all requirements for pro hac vice admission to a
`proceeding before the Board. See Paper 13; Ex. 2002. Petitioner, Intex
`Recreation Corporation, does not oppose the Motion. Paper 13, 4.
`After considering Team Worldwide’s Motion and the Declaration, it is
`ORDERED that Team Worldwide’s Motion for pro hac vice
`admission of Robert M. Harkins is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Team Worldwide is to continue to have a
`registered practitioner as lead counsel in the instant proceedings, but Mr.
`Harkins is authorized to be designated as backup counsel;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Harkins is to comply with the Office
`Patent Trial Practice Guide, as updated by the July 2019 Update,
`84 Federal Register 33,925 (July 16, 2019), and the August 2018 Update,
`83 Federal Register 39,989 (Aug. 13, 2018), and the Board’s Rules of
`Practice for Trials, as set forth in Part 42 of Title 37, C.F.R., and is subject to
`the USPTO’s disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a) and the
`USPTO Rules of Professional Conduct as set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et
`seq;

`FURTHER ORDERED that Team Worldwide must file, within ten
`(10) business days, an updated mandatory notice in the above-identified
`proceeding, identifying Mr. Harkins as back-up counsel in accordance with
`37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(3); and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Team Worldwide must file, within ten
`(10) business days, a Power of Attorney in the above-identified proceeding
`for Mr. Harkins in accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(b).
