`On January 20, 2021, we issued an Order (Paper 27) governing the
`parties’ preparation for, and the eventual conduct of, oral argument in this
`proceeding on March 1, 2021. The present Order revises one limited aspect
`of those procedures.
`In particular, the previous Order, on page 3, provided: “As set forth in
`37 C.F.R. § 42.70(b), demonstratives shall be served on opposing counsel at
`least seven (7) business days before the hearing date and filed no later than
`the time of the hearing” (emphasis added). The final phrase of that
`provision is hereby amended to read “and filed on or before February 26,
`2021,” which is the Friday preceding the hearing on Monday, March 1,
`2021. See 37 C.F.R. § 42.5. As before, the parties may stipulate to an
`alternative schedule for serving and filing demonstratives, and request that
`the Board modify the schedule for filing and serving demonstratives at least
`seven (7) business days before the hearing date.
`Accordingly, it is:
`ORDERED that our previous Order (Paper 27) is hereby amended as
`set forth herein.
