`As agreed upon by the parties and the panel at the April 6, 2021, Pre-
`Hearing Conference, the order of presentation set forth in the Order Setting
`Oral Argument, Paper 26 at 2, is amended as follows. Patent Owner will
`open the hearing by presenting its case regarding the proposed substitute
`claims. Thereafter, Petitioner will respond to Patent Owner’s argument.
`Patent Owner may reserve rebuttal time to respond to arguments presented
`by Petitioner. Petitioner may request to reserve time for a brief sur-rebuttal.
`All other aspects of the Order Setting Oral Argument, Paper 26,
`remain unchanged.

`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that oral argument for this proceeding shall commence at
`1:00 PM Eastern Time on April 14, 2021, by video, and proceed in the
