`Plaintiff GREE, Inc. (“GREE”) and Defendant Supercell Oy (“Supercell”) respectfully

`submit this Joint Motion to Amend the Docket Control Order in the above-referenced case. This
`
`motion reflects the parties’ agreement to consolidate the schedule of the above-referenced case
`
`with the schedule of the related case no. 2:20-cv-00113, extend deadlines that currently conflict
`
`with the parties’ trial scheduled for March 15, 2021 in other cases, and reset the trial in this matter
`
`to August 2, 2021, consistent with the -113 case.
`
`Specifically, the parties respectfully seek to consolidate the -413 case with the -113 case
`
`for trial and to extend all pending deadlines in this case to align with those of the -113 case and to
`
`accommodate the parties’ impending trial scheduled for March 15, 2021 in the following cases:
`
`2:19-cv-000200, 2:19-cv-00237, 2:19-cv-00310 and 2:19-cv-00311 (the “Related Cases”). This
`
`consolidation of schedules and extension of deadlines are sought for good cause in order to
`
`conserve the Court’s and the parties’ resources and to avoid conflicts with the currently scheduled
`
`trial in the Related Cases.
`
`The parties have meet and conferred, and for good cause, respectfully request that the Court
`
`enter the proposed amended schedule as shown below.
