`Effective June 1, 2021, former patent owner BTL Medical Technologies S.R.O. assigned each of
`the patents involved in the above-referenced proceedings to new patent owner BTL
`Healthcare Technologies A.S. On June 4, 2021, Patent Owner filed updated mandatory notices
`in the cases to update the real-party-in-interest information accordingly. In addition, Patent
`Owner requests that the cases be re-captioned to “ALLERGAN, INC., ALLERGAN LIMITED,
`ALLERGAN USA, INC., ZELTIQ AESTHETICS, INC., ZELTIQ IRELAND UNLIMITED COMPANY, AND
`REMED CO. LTD. v. BTL HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGIES A.S.,” reflecting the change in patent
`owner. If the Board requires a motion to re-caption the cases, then Patent Owner requests
`authorization to file that motion.

`The parties have conferred, and Petitioner does not oppose this request or a motion (if
`necessary).
