`
`Counsel,
`
`In each proceeding, the parties are authorized to file a Joint Motion to Terminate. The Joint Motion
`to Terminate should reference this authorization. In addition, the Joint Motion to Terminate must
`be accompanied by a true copy of any agreements, including any collateral agreements referred to
`in such agreement or understanding, made in connection with, or in contemplation of, the
`termination of this proceeding. The parties may request that the settlement agreement be treated
`as business confidential information and be kept separate from the file of the involved patent. The
`request must be filed with any agreements.
`
`Due to the upcoming holiday and statutory deadlines, the Joint Motion to Terminate and
`accompanying papers must be filed no later than Friday, July 2, 2021.

`
`To the Board:
`
`The parties have signed a binding term sheet to settle all pending litigation, including the above
`referenced proceedings. Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. §§ 317, 327, the parties request authorization to file
`a Joint Motion To Terminate in light of this binding term sheet, and a Joint Request To Treat The
`Settlement Materials As Business Confidential Information.
`
`The parties also request authorization for the use of a joint caption page so that they may file
`identical papers in each case.
