`Pursuant to an agreement between the parties, Petitioner London Luxury

`LLC (“London Luxury”) and Patent Owner E&E Co. Ltd. (“E&E”) hereby notify
`
`the Board that they have stipulated to new deadlines for Due Dates 1-3 set forth in
`
`the November 15, 2021 Scheduling Order (Paper 11).
`
`Due Date 1 is currently set for February 7, 2022. The new stipulated
`
`deadline for E&E to file a Patent Owner Response is February 28, 2022.
`
`Due Date 2 is currently set for May 2, 2022. The new stipulated deadline for
`
`London Luxury to file a Reply to Patent Owner’s Response is May 23, 2022.
`
`Due Date 3 is currently set for June 13, 2022. The new stipulated deadline
`
`for E&E to file a Sur-Reply to London Luxury’s Reply is July 1, 2022.
`
`The remaining Due Dates 4-8 are not affected by this stipulation.
