`Having considered Petitioner’s Motion to Discovery (Papers 50 & 51) and Patent Owner’s Opposition (Paper 53),
`we grant in its entirety Petitioner’s Motion. A written decision on Petitioner’s Motion will issue in due course.

`Patent Owner shall produce the following by Tuesday, July 26 by 6 p.m. eastern:

`1. The entire deposition transcripts of Thilo Scharf from March 1, 2022 (currently provided as an excerpt as
`Exhibit 1054) and December 22, 2021 (currently provided as an excerpt as Exhibit 1058)
`2. The entire deposition transcript of Frank Preiss from March 8, 2022 (currently provided as an excerpt as
`Exhibit 1057)
`3. Any exhibits used in the previously listed deposition transcripts, and
`4. The document files from the USB referenced at Exhibit 1054, page 8, lines 16–18
`
`Petitioner is reminded of the requirement to file a motion to seal the papers and exhibits related to the Motion for
`Discovery.
