`I am writing on behalf of the Petitioners in PGR2021-00097 to request a pre-hearing conference to
`discuss at least (i) logistics as to how to handle confidential information during the hearing and (ii)
`how to present physical exhibits to the Board during the remote hearing (e.g., the physical exhibits
`photographed and/or described in exhibits 1003, 1006, 1007, and 1023).
`
`Patent Owner’s counsel indicated earlier today that they would “attempt to obtain availability” and
`“any issues to add to the list,” but we have not yet heard back. This email is being sent now to
`ensure that this request for a pre-hearing conference is timely pursuant to the deadline set in the
`Scheduling Order (Paper 21).
