`Subject: RE: Jenam Tech v. Google LLC (6:21‐cv‐00271) ‐ Meet‐and‐Confer re Claim Narrowing
`
`Derek,
`
`Per the parties’ agreed‐upon schedule for Case 2, Jenam was supposed to have narrowed its asserted claims to 8
`yesterday.  However, we did not receive any claim narrowing from you.  Please identify Jenam’s 8 asserted claims as
`early as possible today.  Any further delay will prejudice Google’s ability to prepare its invalidity contentions by the
`agreed upon date.
`
`Regards,
`Matt
