`files the following updated Mandatory Notices.

`A. Real Party-in-Interest (37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(1))
`
`Early Warning Services, LLC is the only real party in interest (RPI). No other
`
`party was involved in any aspect of this Petition.
`
`B. Related Matters (37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(2))
`
`As indicated in the Petition, Patent Owner has sued several third parties
`
`alleging infringement of the ’702 Patent. Petitioner recently became aware of the
`
`following additional pending case against third parties for alleged infringement of
`
`the ’702 Patent:
`
` Wepay Global Payments LLC. v. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., 6:22-cv-00363
`
`(W.D. Tex.).
`
`Certain defendants in the related matters are customers of Petitioner, including Bank
`
`of America, JPMorgan Chase Bank, PNC Bank, and Wells Fargo Bank. For conflicts
`
`purposes, Petitioner discloses that the following entities have minority interests in
`
`Early Warning Services, LLC: Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase Bank, PNC Bank,
`
`Wells Fargo Bank, Truist (formerly BB&T), Capital One, and U.S. Bank. None of
`
`these entities are real parties in interest.
