`Counsel,
`
`From the Board –
`
`The Power of Attorney for Ms. LaFayette filed on September 25, 2023 (Paper 1) is acknowledged.
`The Power of Attorney satisfies the requirements for pro hac admission and the granting of Ms.
`LaFayette’s motion is no longer conditional.

`
`Dear Trial Board,
`Petitioner KinderFarms LLC seeks clarification regarding the conditional grant of pro hac admission of Shantelle
`L. LaFayette. Per the Board’s order dated July 25, 2024, Ms. LaFayette’s motion for pro hac admission is
`conditionally granted, provided that Petitioner submits a Power of Attorney for Ms. LaFayette in accordance
`with 37 C.F.R. §42.10(b). Ms. LaFayette is already listed in Petitioners’ Power of Attorney filed with the Board on
`September 25, 2023 (see attached Paper 1).
`In light of this, Petitioner would like to clarify whether the Board requires a new Power of Attorney submission or
`if the previously filed Paper 1 satisfies the condition for Ms. LaFayette’s pro hac admission.
`Kind regards,
`Brian
