`Plaintiff, Discover Bank, is a banking institution organized underthe lawsof the State of
`
`Delaware with a servicing affiliate of Discover Products Inc., successor by merger to DB Servicing
`
`Corporation, whose business address is 6500 NEW ALBANY ROADE, NEW ALBANY, OH 43054.
`
`Discover Products Inc., is the servicingaffiliate for Discover Bank, an FDIC insured Delaware
`
`State bank. As the servicingaffiliate, Discover Products Inc., performsa variety of services for
`
`Discover Bank including, business managementservices in support of Discover Bank businesslines,
`
`including, among otherthings, credit cards, deposits, personal loans and student loans, customer
`
`service, collections, collection of delinquent accounts and other support services. The collection of
`
`delinquent accounts includesthe right to forward the accountto the attorneys and/or collection agencies
`
`for collection andto file suit on Discover Bank's behalf.
`
`Atall times pertinent hereto, Discover Products Inc., is the servicing affiliate for Discover
`
`

`DAVID R BROWN is adult individual(s) residing at 10 CHESTNUT ST NATRONA
`
`HTS, PA 15065-2640.
`
`Defendant applied for and received a credit card bearing the account number
`
`XXXXXXXXXXKX8E587.
`
`Defendant made use ofsaid credit card and has a current balance due of $5,335.88. A copy of
`
`Plaintiff's Statement is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "1".
`
`Defendantis in default by failing to make monthly payments when due. As such,the entire
`
`balance is immediately due and payable to Plaintiff.
`
`Although repeatedly requested to do so by Plaintiff, Defendant has failed to pay the balance due the
`
`Plaintiff.
`
`WHEREFORE,Plaintiff prays for Judgment in its favor and against Defendant, DAVID R
`
`BROWN,individually, in the amount of $5,335.88 plus costs and statutory post judgment interest.

`Discover Products Inc., successor by merger to DB Servicing Corporation.

`It is further stated that Discover Bank extends credit through issuance of the Discover Card. Asthe
`servicing affiliate, Discover Products Inc., performs a variety of services for Discover Bank,
`including business managementservices in support of Discover Bank businesslines, including,
`amongotherthings, credit cards, deposits, personal loans and student loans, customer service,
`collections, collection of delinquent accounts and other support services. The collection of
`delinquent accounts includesthe right to forward the sameto the attorneys and/or collection
`agenciesfor collection andto file suit on Discover Bank's behalf. Both Discover Products Inc., and
`Discover Bank are wholly owned subsidiaries of Discover Financial Services.
