`Defendant, Ingersoll-Rand Company, and Plaintiff have entered into a settlement
`
`agreement with consideration, governed by the Pennsylvania Uniform Contribution among Joint
`
`Tortfeasors Act, 42 PA.C.S. § 8321, et seq., which provides a complete defense, indemnification,
`
`and release to Ingersoll-Rand Company from all claims and causes of action by Plaintiff and from
`
`all cross-claims by any Co-Defendants herein.
