`1. Defendant, Ametek, Inc., and Plaintiff have entered into a settlement agreement with
`
`consideration, governed by the Pennsylvania Uniform Contribution among Joint Tortfeasors
`
`Act, 42 PA.C.S. § 8321, et seq., which provides a complete defense, indemnification, and
`
`release to Ametek, Inc., from all claims and causes of action by Plaintiff and from all cross-
`
`claims by any Co-Defendants herein.
